I want to tell you about my recent experience at your Schererville location. I had decided that I wanted to purchase a Tag Heuer watch. I chose your store because Carol Jarrett is a personal friend of mine and I have made several purchases at your store in the past. I came in and Carol was great as usual. She spent a good amount of time showing me your selection an explained all the differences to me. I had narrowed it down to two models. I told Carol that I wanted to take a day to think about it. She understood completely. I made the decision and returned a few days later to make the purchase. I can't tell you how happy I was with the overall experience. Carol was awesome and the other employees that I dealt with were also great. The professionalism of your staff is off the charts. Because of your outstanding staff, especially Carol, your have a customer for life.
