Orders and Returns

Can I check the status of my order?

Your order status will be available after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the account link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order. If you have not created an account, simply chat with us. Or call or text us at (219) 322-2700 we'll be happy to assist you.

How can I change or cancel an in-store pickup or shipping order?

Please contact an Albert’s Diamond Jewelers online specialist at (219) 322-2700 as soon as possible.

Please be aware that some orders are shipped immediately upon placement due to our fast-shipping times. Albert’s Diamond Jewelers can only change or cancel orders prior to shipment.

With our 30 day return policy, you can be sure that you have made the right purchase. Simply return or exchange any item within 30 days of PURCHASE DATE or SHIP DATE as long as it was not a special order, and you pay for shipping costs.

Special order items include, but are not limited to, any items that have been engraved and items that are not currently in stock. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Albert's Diamond Jewelers), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Any watches that have the tamper seal removed will require an additional 10% restock fee that can be used towards an exchange or another purchase.

Can my order be cancelled by Albert’s Jewelers?

Albert’s Diamond Jewelers reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers' money due to pricing errors or for any reason. Albert’s Diamond Jewelers reserves the right to limit quantities and may cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason, including product going out of stock and system errors. Should a typographical or technical error be found, we reserve the right to correct it. In all cases, the purchaser will be contacted at time of cancellation and refunded in full.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Do you provide a military discount online?

We are so proud of our men and women who have served or are serving. Currently, we do not offer military discounts online. Please visit us in store with your military ID and we are happy to assist you.


Shipping and Delivery

Online Pickup Orders
Online pick up orders are filled within one hour of processing your order. The customer will receive a ready for pick up email and text message when the order is ready for pick up. When picking up your order, please tell the sales associate at the door you have an online pick up order. The associate will need to see your ID. Curbside pick up is available. Please call our store when you are in the designated curbside pick up area at (219) 322-2700.

Shipping Orders
ALL SHIPPING PURCHASES OVER $200.00 MUST BE SIGNED BY AN ADULT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.


When you make an investment in a piece of jewelry from Albert’s Diamond Jewelers, we’re invested in making sure it gets to you safely and securely. That’s why every piece of jewelry is shipped to you via United Parcel Service (UPS), and why we require an adult signature upon delivery. Due to insurance requirements, an adult signature is required on jewelry orders with a combined value of $200 or more.

UPS 2-Day shipping is free with any order $200.00 or more. Any orders under $200.00 have a shipping fee of $20.00 for UPS 2-day shipping. Your UPS 2-Day shipping package will arrive within 2-3 Business Days from the day the order is shipped.

UPS Next Day Air Saver has a $30.00 shipping fee and is available for all orders. Your UPS Next Day Air Saver shipping package will arrive within 1 Business Day from the day the order is received shipped. Please note that our shipping cutoff time for Next Day Air Saver shipping is at 2PM central time unless otherwise noted.

Your order will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1 business day from the date of purchase. Once received by the carrier, orders typically arrive in 1-3 days.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday – Friday will ship in 1-2 business days.

If your order contains an out-of-stock item, our team will contact you ASAP to let you know when you can expect your package.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday. You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped, detailing the tracking information.

If you selected a made to order product or a Build Your Own Engagement Ring, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. You will receive email updates regarding your delivery when your item has shipped.

Please note, Federal Holidays may affect shipping dates and transit times.

Can I have my package sent to a UPS Customer Center for pickup?

Not at this time.

How will my item be packaged?
All orders are shipped in a UPS carrier specific box to ensure we do not spoil a surprise!
Albert’s Diamond Jewelers will NOT be written on the outside of the shipping packaging.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO at this time.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Albert’s Diamond Jewelers does not currently ship to addresses outside of the United States for online purchases.


Payments & Financing

What forms of payment do you accept?

Albert’s Diamond Jewelers accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover (In-Store Only), American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Wells Fargo, Affirm, Acima.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card or financing options on your site?

Albert’s Diamond Jewelers website uses the most up to date security technology and business practices to keep our customers’ information safe.

Albert’s Diamond Jewelers keeps absolutely none of your credit card information on file, for your protection. The website is also protected by an SSL Certificate: An SSL Certificate enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions.

Can I use my Albert’s Jewelers in-store credit account online?

Albert’s in-store credit accounts are only able to be used in store only at this time. If you would like to place an in-store pickup order with your Albert’s credit account, please contact us by phone at (219) 322-2700.

Can I view my Albert’s Jewelers credit account and statements online?

Not at this time. Our online accounts section is for online/website business only. Please contact us at (219) 322-2700 for all credit account questions or concerns.

Can I make a payment on my Albert’s Jewelers in-store credit account or layaway?

Yes. Click the link here to make a payment.

Disclaimer: Payments made after 8pm CST will be credited and posted to the account the next business day.

Payments are not processed on Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.

Any payments returned from your bank as NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) you will be liable for the $20.00 NSF fee, which may be automatically debited for each NSF.

Do you offer online layaways?

Not at this time. A 6-month layaway is available in store only.

Can I use an Albert’s gift card online?

Not at this time. Our Albert’s gift cards can be used in-store only. If you would like to use an Albert’s gift card for an online pick up purchase, please contact us at (219) 322-2700.

Albert’s Peace of Mind Plan

Do you offer a jewelry service warranty online?

At this time, we do not offer jewelry service warranties on our website. Our Albert’s Service Peace of Mind Plan is offered in-store only.

Please contact us at (219) 322-2700 if you would like to add our service Peace of Mind plan onto your in-store pick up order.

I live out of state; how do I have my jewelry cleaned and inspected under my Peace of Mind Plan? Or how do I know if my plan is still active?

Can I get my jewelry cleaned and inspected if it is purchased or not purchased from Albert’s?

Whether your jewelry was purchased from us or another retailer, our professional cleaning and inspection services will keep your items looking their best for years to come. Visit us today for a free consultation!


Pandora Jewelry

Can I place an order on Pandora.net and have the purchase picked up at your location?

No. Pandora orders must be placed through our website albertsjewelers.com/pandora and picked up at our store Albert’s Diamond Jewelers at 711 Main Street, Schererville, IN 46375.

Can I return a Pandora.net order at your Pandora store?

Yes. We only offer exchanges if the merchandise was purchased from Pandora.net. A Pandora associate would need to see the proof of purchase receipt with form of payment and the amount purchased.

Can I have my Pandora jewelry cleaned at your Pandora store?

Yes, this is a complementary service. We will have to take in and process the jewelry for proper cleaning. Cleaning usually takes up to 4 days. A Pandora associate will text you when your cleaning is ready for pick up. Cleanings may be delayed during peak times or peak holiday times.
