Albert's Blood Drive June 2016

Albert's Diamond Jewelers held a community Blood Drive with the American Red Cross on June 18, 2016. Albert's wanted to give back to the community and we were happy to partner with the American Red Cross Blood Services located in Merrillville, Indiana. The American Red Cross stationed a mobile American Red Cross bus in front of our Schererville store. Albert's employees and blood donors in the community came together to donate blood for a great cause. Albert's goal was to have 23 units donated and we exceed our goal for a total of 37 units donated. Albert's and the community came together to help save 111 lives! Donating blood can make such a difference. It might mean a father will walk his daughter down the aisle or a couple will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.
